Skråmestø
chair
The Skråmestø chair was created in 08|04|2002 in
the city of Serpa.
It belongs to
a series called "Friends and chairs". Daniel
Skråmestø was the friend chosen for the fourth
chair. As inspiration I used the "support" and "availability"
shown by my friend
Daniel.
This friend that presently lives in Oslo
is a rare case of balance between the diplomacy of personal
interests and friendship in it's pure state.
The chair reflects that concept in it's scuptural shape, representing
someone available to help. The Skråmestø chair
should
be used mainly for reading.
*Skråmestø: is a Norwegian
name, and it means "harbor of the seaweed". |
