This
is Rodrigo Cerqueira's site, also acting
as a doubtful energy laboratory. Inaugurated
in Lisbon on the 328th day of 1971, it first recorded doubtful
energy production in 1978
with a set of Lego. From then on, the number
of active systems producing doubtful energy increased. In 1991,
the premises moved to
The Hague, where the whole doubtful, mental and physical energy
production process was rationalised. Returning to Lisbon in 1993,
the laboratory embarked on energy production for commercial purposes.
In 2000, it developed
the Atomic Delicia project in Barcelona, where
it began studying the synthesis of the creative atom.
